Move In/Move Out Cleans
Are You Moving In or Moving Out of a home? Getting the home ready for a realtor showing?

Here is what is covered...
​
-Inside and Outside of all appliances (including sink, stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, toaster oven, deep fryer, etc).
-Cleaning inside/outside of kitchen cabinets.
-Clean and disinfect all light fixtures (ceiling fans, chandeliers, and all non-recessed lighting).
-Vertical and horizontal dusting (dusting of walls if needed).
-Deep cleaning baseboards, trim, and chair rails.
-Cleaning and disinfecting any furniture remaining in home.
-Cleaning all interior windows, window sills and window treatments (extra charge my apply).
-Clean glass storm doors if applicable.
-Vacuum all flooring and mop non-carpeted floors.

Deep Cleans
Deep Cleans are very similar to Move In/Move Out Cleans.The exception is that we don't clean the inside of cabinets during a regular Deep Clean.
​
-Very thorough and deep cleaning of all kitchen appliances (inside and outside, with the exception of the inside of the fridge), including sink, stove, oven, outside of fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, toaster oven, deep fryer, etc.
-Cleaning outside of kitchen cabinets.
-Clean and disinfect all light fixtures by hand if possible (with the exception of recessed lighting).
-Vertical and horizontal dusting.
-Deep cleaning baseboards, trim and chair rails.
-Cleaning and disinfecting all furniture and surfaces in home.
-Clean all interior windows, window sills and window treatments (extra charge may apply).
-Clean glass storm doors if applicable.
-Vacuum all flooring and mop non-carpeted flooring.

Recurring Cleans
After a Deep Clean, you can choose to maintain your level of cleanliness with a Recurring Clean with our company. We can serve your home weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

Here is what is covered during a Recurring Clean...
​
-Clean outside of all appliances (including stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster oven, deep fryer, etc). Clean inside and outside of microwave and sink.
-Spot clean outside of kitchen cabinets.
-Clean and disinfect all light fixtures with either a microfiber duster or by hand if necessary.
-Vertical and horizontal dusting.
-Clean and disinfect all furniture.
-Clean all interior windows, window sills and window treatments (extra charge may apply).
-Clean glass storm doors if applicable.
-Vacuum all flooring and mop non-carpeted flooring.
